Any information would be greatly appreciated....Thanks in advance
A picture of the whole coin front and back would be best. That’s so pixelated it isn’t helpful. Right now I’d say it is seeing what you want to see.
@Sm83 ... Welcome aboard. We cannot discern anything from that picture. Please provide a full picture, obverse and reverse....with clarity. Then we will be happy to help you. Cheers, RickO

Perhaps @emeraldATV can decipher what you see. He sees things on coins that most of us will never see.
Good luck. Donato
I see one star and some schmutz.
How exactly would you accidentally get 2 stars struck onto a coin?

@emeraldATV says "that's a baby eating a banana while riding a unicycle".
There a star in the bottom of the U in trust
?
I thought it was supposed to be 2 stars after liberty
Now, what’s this with the U? In that case you are seeing a coincidental discoloration

Pareidolia
I don't see anything that looks like a second or doubled star
That's amazing you spotted that - but still just some sort of unique staining. As @jmlanzaf stated just a case of pareidolia.
"pareidolia:
the imagined perception of a pattern or meaning where it does not actually exist, as in considering the moon to have human features"
Or in this case - "A star in the bottom of the U"
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
I see a woman with her hair up wearing a backpack.
Normal well circulated nickel.
I was thinking the same but it's raised up and you can feel it..
The star after Liberty is supposed to be there... The 'star' in the U is pareidolia. Cheers, RickO
