    It is, but I don’t think nearly to the extent that a number of posters seem to believe. And in this case, if the surfaces are clean enough and the luster adequate, I doubt that the detail on the stars will make a difference. It’s not like they’re nearly flat.

    Even if it does it would be a stretch to get anywhere near the CAC price. Not A or B coin IMO.
