2005 buffalo nickel on purpose or an accident?

I came across a unique buffalo nickel a 2005 coin. It caught my eye cause it had black beauty qualities and seemed smaller than others like it. So I weighed it and it was one tenth of a gram lighter than others like it and there's a crack through the buffalo. Honestly it is hard to say it was a mistake and if it's not a mistake than there's no duplicates.

Still worth just five cents. Posting more than once won't raise its value.

What kind of scale do you use that can determine weight to the nearest 0.1 g?
