Nice coin... I really should get one.... Other priorities (custom firearm, trip out west, gift for the wife, etc.). Cheers, RickO
Come on Ricko, just admit it. You really don't want one...lol.
Seriously, for what I would have to pay for one in a so, so grade I'd rather spent the money on a high grade, common date Saint.
The longer I live the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice is it possible for an empire to rise without His aid? Benjamin Franklin
@pmh1nic.... Well... I really do want one... However, there are other things I want more... As one gets older, the list of things 'wanted', grows shorter (since one has acquired or experienced many things already). So with a shorter list, and analysis, priorities are formed. Cheers, RickO

That’s me…..I work for them, in fact a partner! You got me!
Geez, there was a previous thread on this forum about them having these coins. They sold out and now they have reloaded. There were members that expressed interest in them. Do a search and you will find it. In the meantime if they want to hire me and I can work from my home in Ohio or Maine and they pay my going consulting rate of $200 an hour then I will accept an job offer. And yes, the $200 an hour is my consulting rate, plus expenses.

I would say yes, but these are very expensive coins. They are not Lincoln head pennies!
There are market makers. I could probably scare up a couple dozen with a few phone calls. As was stated in the other thread on this topic, these are relatively common coins.

If they are relatively common then why the uncommon price? Seems to me that the amount of coins in the market combined with their grades would set the price yet that doesn’t seem to be the case. So what, who, how is the price jacked up?

See the other thread and the thread about "common rarities". This has always been a popular coin so, even though common, it is pricey. You could say the same about Merc dimes or S-VDB cents. You could easily come up with a couple hundred of them if you called around and/or posted a strong bid. Yet they are popular and so they are pricey.
Heritage alone has auctioned 52 of them in 2021 after auctioning 115 of them in 2022.

It's one of the most available high value coins.
This is not an unusual opportunity.
Cool coin, though.

Surprisingly, as an obsessed saint collector, I'm kinda unimpressed by the HR 1907.
The 2009 on the other hand, is quite nice.

I'm not defending the need for a second thread on this retailer. I'm just answering a question.

I’ll stick with the poor man’s version... the Omega!

Looks like an ideal time for GoldBully to pull out his 2009 True View.
I like the Omega more! Certainly harder to find.
