How do I choose which forum my question goes in, also how do I add an image that can been seen?

You go to the main ‘Home’ menu, then select and open the forum you are interested in.
After opening and entering that forum.
Do as you did here in creating a new topic.
To insert photos, click on the little box to the right which resembles a picture frame.
From there follow prompts to locate and insert your photo.
