Sellers may have just copied listings without attention to details

Agree. Did you message the seller? It sounds like a listing error rather than some sort of scam.

This is usually the issue. "Scammer" is an overused canard in these parts.

I sent him an message yesterday about the mistakes in his listing. He said he doesn't know anything about coins and said a friend helped him list it. He asked if I could help. I told him what he has and what it is probably worth and suggested a title and description. The messaged back "thanks".
So far, 24 hours and he hasn't done it....probably has no clue how to do it. Why don't you message him on how to correct the problem? That way he'll have another opinion and another mentor.

I wish eBay didn't have the simple, "Do you have one like this you would like to list?" available to click on genuine/honest listings. Many beginning eBayers don't even have a piece of rudimentary knowledge about coins.

They are still making slabs with 45's face on them in 2021. Who needs mint marks when the slab is what people are collecting?
