Grove Minting Company - trying to assemble a full set of Jared's work

It can be difficult to complete any series of coins or exonumia pieces, but the opportunity exists with Jared Grove's commemorative pieces.

I started on the journey of trying to assemble a full collection of his strikes about a year ago. The most difficult and elusive of collecting his work is assembling a full compliment of the 2015 4-Piece Thaler / 48 Shillings Commemorative set.

Acquiring the Golden and Silver Thalers is fairly easy, but the Copper and Nickel with only 50 strikes each produced, requires a lot of searching and even more good fortune.

I've had the Golden and Silver for several months now, however recently the numismatic gods were smiling on me and I was able to secure one of each of the copper and nickel strikes as well.

I only have the two silver 2017 Gasparro 1977 Liberty Dollars and the 2019 Coiled Hair 1879 Gold Stella to acquire to complete the full series.

Saving my nickels ardently for that 2019 Stella.

Anyone else collect Grove Minting pieces?
