Suspected Counterfeit 1889 CC just listed, repeat seller

Seller has posted far away images of this 1889 CC. You can see luster as if there is no wear, but the strike on the observe shows wear. reverse has the distinctive grainy look, plus the hit on the breast.
He also sold a more obvious counterfeit just last week also listed below
