Last time I said my son lost the authorized user credit cards which I used to place orders for ASE

and Morgan/Peace dollars.
I locked 1 card and keep 1 card active.
This morning 1 S ASE order went through without problem. But received email for the order with the locked card.
I tried to call around 1:00PM for about an hour, no luck.
I called again just now around 6:00PM, and immediately was put on hold, at the same time, the chat window popped up, so I decided to use the chat. After I provided name address etc, the agent said he needed up to 2 min to research. So, I unlocked my card, and then I immediately saw there was a pending charge. (I originally wanted to try to ask him to take a new credit card just for testing purpose), but he reprocessed it without even asking me. He came back and said everything was ok now. I asked him whether he was able to take a new credit card, he said once the order was placed they can't do nothing.
I saw several people said their cards got compromised today, probably you just need to lock it and take a chance.
One more thing, the blocked order's payment method changed to blank after the charge was declined this morning.
So, it seems blank payment method is a thing related to the credit card.

I actually this time want to try to replace the credit card in the order, but the agent did not give me a chance, he just re-processed the order while put me on hold.

Now, the pending transaction is gone, did not become "posted", and order is still "processing".
So, last time was just authorization? I need to unlock my card again to wait for the real transaction?
