This one appears to have the Philadelphia Mint type designers initials "V.D.B." where the period following the "V" is to low, and the period following the "D" is to close to the "D".
It of course has other issues for other members to pick apart!

havne't seen one of those funky S in a while. there are a plethora of them out there and i'm pretty sure that style mm made it onto other denominations.
