This was the smoothest Charles Barber 1883 Hawaiian Half Dollar I'd ever seen which was wholesome. Since most circulated examples have seen a ton of abuse I just had to have this

Smooth milk chocolate, actually a bit lighter brown in hand than in the photo.
I used to hoard 1795 large cents, but have since sold off most of them.
This one is a keeper though.
I would be proud to own a coin from the 1790's, and would love that one @Walkerguy21D showed above. Other than that, not really a fan of super worn coins. Cheers, RickO

In the eighteen months the challenge was on, no- no one came forward with a PO1. I did pay $300. each for two FA2s though (I still have one and since then sold the other).

I started a thread a few months ago as to why the 1921 Morgan dollar retains its rim so readily even in ultra-low grades. I am not sure there was ever a satisfying answer to that question.
I remained perplexed to this day.

Although, it's a low AG 03, and most of the coin is smooth, The RPD shows pretty clear. Thank goodness!

I only consume smoothies! My favorite smoothie is known as the “Pomegranate Plunge” that is comprised of pomegranate, banana, cranberry, and strawberries. Most delicious!
