I predict the Bills to win a close one, this game is going to be awesome, a rematch of last season's AFC Championship game, I think the Bills are going to be out for some revenge.

You know who I’m pulling for but I will refrain on any comments. If you turn on any football show this game will be hyped 24/7.

You'll be back swami, you have to comment on this game, and it will be awesome, and there will be food, and I'll wear my sumbrero.

this is going to be a GREAT game!!! I pick the Bills in this one. Josh Allen will be throwing lasers. the KC defense has not been good thus far and i expect the Bills to exploit it.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

vegas has the Chiefs at 3 point favorites

The Chiefs defense is lacking. I don't understand the Vegas odds makers. I could see Bills willing by more than a touchdown.

I chose the Bills in our little "Pick 'em" thread based on performance thus far by both Teams.

the Chiefs haven't instilled confidence in many fans this season, they have looked suspect and ripe for the picking. previously, they were a Team that seemed to control games while they waited for the opponent to make a mistake. that seems to have flipped with opponents now capitalizing on the Chiefs' mistakes.

the Bills, on the other hand, seem to have gotten stronger with each week.

I would expect a high scoring game, maybe one of those dependent on the winner being which Team has the ball last. penalties, injuries and turnovers will probably be a key to victory for one Team.

    Chiefs 38 Bills 35

This Bills defense is the best since the 2000 Ravens. A defensive head coach with an explosive offense. You will look back at this post in February after the Bills win the Super Bowl. It won’t be Josh Allen, even though he will be league MVP, it will be a defense you won’t see the likes of in the next 30 years.

I never mentioned this game. This game may mean something after 17 weeks, it may not. Chiefs may prove to not be the powerhouse everyone is expecting. New OL and after 4 weeks the last place defense in the NFL. This game is just week 5. Bills we’re 4-2 after 6 last year and reeled off 9 wins. Too early to hype this game as home field advantage in the championship game or must win.
The Bills have built this team for this year and they will show it. #1 defense and a dynamic offense. They won’t have to put up video game #’s on offense this year. I’d like to see Josh Allen average 250 yards passing and 125 yards rushing as a team.
20-22 pass attempts means they are killing clock running with a lead.

It’s finally time and I’ll make my predictions. The winner of this game has the advantage in the AFC race.

I picked the Chiefs. Only because I thought they might find a way tonight, not because I think they are the better team. This looks like it could be the Bills year.

    Long weather delay. Interesting.

It felt like the Chiefs were gaining momentum, then they had the pick, but it was negated by that phantom roughing the passer call. If that pick had stood, it felt as though the Chiefs were really in it. Now the Bills scored on that drive. Wow, that was a huge flag. Yes, the Bills have dominated the game. But it just felt like the Chiefs were going to come back if not for that penalty. Chiefs fans are going to be upset. As I write this , there are over 5 minutes left. 38-20

same. i think KC is a fringe playoff team at best, but i thought they'd come out with a real sense of urgency at home tonight, knowing that a loss basically signified a changing of the guard in the AFC

but this is not remotely the same team that went to the SB last year and won it all the year before

i'm happy for dueces and glad he won his bet

This Josh Allen throw on the run was a thing of beauty.

  • doubledragondoubledragon Posts: 23,269 ✭✭✭✭✭

Just look at what happened at the Chiefs game last night in this video, Chiefs fans fighting eachother.

  • 2dueces2dueces Posts: 6,434 ✭✭✭✭✭

Before the Roughing the passer call on the interception Allen ran for a first down and it was called back for a phantom holding call that the announcers skipped right over. Every time the Bills stopped the Chiefs on 3rd down a flag appeared. The refs didn’t lose the game for Kansas City. Too much Josh Allen and I told you this isn’t the same defense from last year.
KC has Mahomes, Kelse and Hill and that was enough 2 years ago. Not any more.

Thanks. The bet is secondary to the win. I’m just excited to see the team play well in a hostile environment. If anyone had doubts about Josh Allen last night on a National stage quelled those doubts.

I would agree 100% with this. there were flags all over the field last night and the Chiefs got bailed out many many times. as for the roughing call, the defender did drive Allen into the ground. according to the rules, that is illegal.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

very impressed with Buffalo. huge road win. that defense looks elite and Allen is a monster. he has every bit the arm talent as Mahomes and probably more. eventually, Patricks schtick will time out. for some reason he likes to make routine throws look extraordinary by increasing the degree of difficulty. no look passes, sidearming and underhand throwing when not necessary. Even Collinsworth said as much during the telecast.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

The calls even out. The yellow flags wanted their spotlight on a National stage last night. Buffalo was barely flagged in their first 4 games. The refs had a hand in the game but overall didn’t affect the outcome. Buffalo defense clearly was the difference

week five with 12 left to play, Buffalo needs to slow down or they'll burn out. there just isn't any way to maintain their current level of play for the entire season. that's true for several Teams right now but it is making for some exciting games on the upcoming schedule. one thing is for sure, after three weeks of confusion the 32 Team field is starting to separate.

remember when everyone thought the LA Rams were gonna waltz to the Super Bowl and they were fitting Matthew Stafford for a crown?? :D

After week 6 last year the Bills have 17 of their last 20 games, including playoffs.
But I agree it’s a long season and this win meant one thing. They won a football game in week 5.
