US Mint'd foreign coins are a great way to collect.
1958 Columbia - 1 Centavo - KM# 275a - 17mm 2.0gm
This looks like one to me but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm?
This has a nice die clash as well.
The design certainly has a resemblance to the Liberty Justice pattern:
