I think I might have a repunched mintmark quarter. Has anybody else found one of these? I have 4 I found in a roll

We would need photos to tell for sure.
Good chance what you have is machine doubling because the mint marks are no longer punched by hand on the die.

you found the "picture" icon... select "Choose Files" button above the URL box

Unfortunately it will be either damage or machine doubling. Mint marks haven’t been hand punched in decades.

Shouldn't machine doubling affect everything, not just the mint mark? (I'm not very experienced with suchlike)
I would think the same thing I would see machine doubling on more than just the mintmark
However it appears it cannot be a repunched mint mark. My guess is there is more machine doubling than you can see a full coin image would be helpful.
