Is this an RPM?

I found this while looking at a 1961-D Lincoln cent:

Second angle with less light running across it:

The point of interest is the bottom rear of the mint mark.

I am thinking it is an RPM but it could be an old (degrading) mint mark punch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's an RPM.

When you go to look it up, remember it's not just finding the mintmark that looks like yours - you also have to find the mintmark location that matches yours exactly too.
