09SVDB "Filler Copy" but the coin doesn't look to be stamped COPY?

I believe it was determine here that these were illegal to sell anywhere? without being stamped COPY!

    If it predates the HPA then it won't be marked. But this must be a new one, since he has 4. And the price is absurdly high.

    Lots of fakes on Ebay.

    Well, I didn't take the time for a screen shot because the seller listed it as a "Hole Filler Copy" so he openly stated it was a FAKE! although he started the listing for $60.00 :D and it was a terrible representative of a coin, he also claimed to have four available.
    The coin wasn't stamped COPY anywhere on it!

    Yes, it is a violation of the FTC Rules implementing the Hobby Protection Act of 1973 as amended.

    However, next to nobody cares. CBP will occasionally seize large (wholesale) shipments, but the dribs and drabs bought off Ali and sold retail on fleaBay to fleece a few people at a time get no attention.
