If I wanted to get a commemorative medal made, who would be the person to talk with?

The town I am from is celebrating its 150th year anniversary in a few years. I thought it might be neat to have medals made to commemorate the event. I have been able to find centennial ones that were very neat to look at and hold. Since we are still a few years out, I wanted to be certain that there was enough time to make them and possibly sell them for a charitable cause in town. Thoughts??? The centennial images are posted below.

Dan Carr of the Moonlight Mint does a great job. Also, he is a forum member here.

The medal you imaged was most probably made by Wendell's who were one of the primary manufacturers of centennial and municipal good for coins in their prime use period of 1960-1990. They are still in business - several clubs in the area have used them recently. https://wendellsmint.com/
You may also want to contact the Medalcraft Mint in Green Bay who have done work for TAMS and other groups recently. https://medalcraft.com/
There are several others around -- ask coin clubs in your area who they use. It's best to work directly with the manufacturer (die sinker) rather than order takers & middlemen.
I used to Geocache. Lots of companies make Geocoins. Moonlight Mint would be a better choice for me though.
I would recommend Moonlight Mint highly, if they could help you. Tremendous quality.
Good luck. Let us know who you use and the final design, if so.

A medal with your Presbyterian Church would be super cool. I'm sure there is a ton of history in that building.

I will add to the recommendation for Dan Carr, Moonlight Mint... He does excellent work. Cheers, RickO
@erwindoc Dan Carr is top quality and a member here. Slide on over to his Moonlight Mint site. Much to see and consider. Good luck. Peace Roy

I will add yet another @dcarr recommendation if quality and lasting memories are your goals.
Not only will you have a great medal, but in the end the thing will actually be a collectible. 100 years from now, your town may be remembered primarily for its inclusion in Dan's work. Much like the merchants long gone from die sinkers of the past

Jostens, which is known for class rings used to do this kind of work. Try contacting them.
Several challenge coin makers can do this as well, not sure of any names but did some in the past with great results from a cad drawing
