Undocomented ddo for 1974-d Ike

I'm looking for any information regarding a 1974-d ike with the letters in ONE DOLLAR being doubled and rotated counterclockwise

It could very well be machine doubling which may be why it is undocumented. Clear pics would be the best way to help identify the coin.
Is yours a proof or business strike? We'll definitely have to see some pictures if you have splits on the serifs , Plus any DDO is so minor you will need a magnified picture to confirm the splits - definitely not doubling on any letters - most likely just machine doubling. The Ike is a big coin and with the pressure to strike the planchet there was plenty of machine bounce.
