2008 p quarter / 2004 p quarter / 1999 d dime

I have 3 coins that I am having a very difficult time identifying their errors / varieties:
2008 p quarter - has apparent stripes and discoloration on the reverse that could be a lamination error or something else
2004 p quarter - have no idea what’s going on, on the obverse. Could be clad or lamination error. Reverse has partial missing clad for sure
1999 d dime - One spot exposing copper on each side. Can’t tell if the obverse and reverse has mint error or PMD
Can anyone help me identify these issues. Any and all comments and responses are welcome as always.

Environmental damage/corrosion.
Dime looks just damaged.
No errors, sorry.
The reverse on the Arizona quarter looks cool. No idea what caused this. Maybe the experts will chime in.

Environmental damage.
Sorry, these are just dirty and damaged coins.
Modern Forum. Please......
Also vote for environmental damage. No errors there.
None are error coins, just damaged.
I agree, just damage coins. But where is the Modern Forum?
Environmental damage and PMD.....Cheers, RickO
