I know this coin is not on variety vista and that it has machine doubling but the "4" In the
look different and also the "R" in LIBERTY. Can a coin be DD if it has any Machine Doubling

Yes, a doubled die can also have machine doubling.

Machine doubling all the way.... And yes... A DD could also have machine doubling....Cheers, RickO

Feel free to do as you wish, of course, but for most people, time spent looking for DDs on coins with dates/mm that have no known doubling is wasted.
