@dcarr Curious why you can't get your pictures to display. I would love to look at your stuff but it's time consuming and a pain in the derriere to click on all the links to your pictures!

It took me a while to get around to it, but I finally submitted and got some grades back.
1903 $2.50, MS65:
1917-D 10c, MS64:
(There isn't a single mark or hairline on it, so I don't agree with the grade and I will resubmit eventually. Also no FB designation which I also disagree with):
1928 25c:
(Inexplicably declared "cleaned". I see no evidence of that, so I will resubmit at some point):
1930-S 25c, MS64:
(So close to Full-Head, but not quite. I think it could go either way, from one submission to the next):
1912-D 10c, MS65:
1882 1C, PR64RB:
(A reasonable grade, although there is not a single hairline or dark spot on it, so I could also see it as a PR65):
My experience with the estate sales is that frequently, coins are overpriced. This could be because the owner feels the coins are worth a lot more than they actually are, or perhaps, the estate sale individual feels the same. This is particularly true with silver or gold bullion. Occasionally, I do find something but nothing like you found.
Great score on the IHC. I love proof IHCs. I also think that the Standing Liberty Quarter is one of the most beautiful US coins ever made, together with the $20 St. Gaudens.
Prior to Covid there was a quarterly auction for accumulated property which combined jewelry and coins done by the county. Bullion almost always sold for stupid prices. Coin lots (raw coins in albums or a plastic bag) often sold for ridiculously cheap prices. I have two 1909-S VDB’s and a 55 DDO in PCGS slabs with a little green sticker. Most of the time when I would go I would leave empty handed.

Holy crap, that 17-D Dime is pristine, beautiful and quite a score! You Suck!
That's a very well struck 28 P SLQ. That, the Merc and Barber Dimes, and the PF IHC are amazing (do not collect gold).
Glad that you could find something worthwhile at an estate sale. Every estate sale / coin hoard I have looked at I can describe as to je puni govana.

The cleaned quarter may have a rub above the Q on the reverse.??
Otherwise, very nice!
