Just upgraded my Merc dime set

PTVETTERPTVETTER Posts: 5,984 ✭✭✭✭✭

It takes a lot to move up even with upgrades!
However still feels good upgrading, I only wish I could find a coin or two that I have a bulls eye on!!!
Bless us all!

Congrats! I have a 31-S in PCGS MS65FB at Great collections that I started at $1 in case you have an interest in upgrading from 65. ;)

I bid... Not gonna tell how much tho ;)

Sweeeet! It’s at $2 now. I’m gonna be rich! Just doubled my money from $1 to $2 now, minus fees of course. :)

Is it the only one in MS66? Wow, if so good luck with the bidding.

Pat, congrats on the upgrade. The Mercateers are alive and well! I just upgraded my 38-D, but have been missing just the 16-D and 21-P for nearly 20 years. I just completed my Lincoln set, so I can turn my attention to finding a 21 Merc. I'm looking for a well-struck AU58 that doesn't look ugly or dipped.

I'm sending a 31-S to GC for grading and auction. It's probably just a MS64, unless I catch the graders in a good mood. Keyman's 31-S is tempting, but I've got a sweet-looking MS66 that I'd hate to part with.

    Keep working on those upgrades!

Dimeman was missing his 1937-S in his set for some reason. He put the coin back in his set.
