Fellow Eisenhower Dollar Enthusiasts, Variety Experts, Etc. : Can I Get Your Thoughts On This Ike

Justin was reviewing my raw inventory of 1971-S “brown” proof Ikes recently and came across this very interesting specimen (which I gave him permission to crack out of the government case so he could take better pictures of it). Justin reviewed all of the (124 or so) examples pictured on CoinFacts and couldn't find another specimen that has similar characteristics. Look closely at the reverse of this Ike compared to the comp. coins Justin pictured. Any thoughts on what is going on with this coin? I am currently out of the country so I have not yet seen the coin in person. Pictures to be added here momentarily. Thanks. Wondercoin.
