The coin you show is called a Bar Copper or Bar Cent. Originals apparently date from about 1785 but well known copies were produced in the 1860's. Other, later, copies probably exist. Hopefully an expert in this series will add a comment on the piece you show.

It's a modern copy (counterfeit) of a Bar Cent. It has little, if any, value.
