2021 Type 2 Silver Eagle. Weak strike?

I am sure there is a thread, but I inhabit the dark side of the Forum.
I received today, as a gift, both a Type 1 and Type 2. To my naked eye, the Type 2 obverse appears to be a weaker strike, or less ornate, than Type 1. These are both MS70 PCGS slabs. Is it my imagination?

A picture would help.
It is not the strike.
It is the new improved T2 obverse design, based more on the original older die design. Change. Some like it, some don't.

Just received. Haven't had a chance to image. I was wondering maybe it is the actual design.

The obverse was taken back numerous decades to the beginning.
There is less detail.
Same for the gold eagle
@Goldminers Change for the sake of change.

The Mint's take on the key redesign features can be reviewed here.
I like the new version, obverse and reverse. Especially the reverse.
Pictures please.

If you need a quick fix, there are side-by-side images from the Mint in the first link I posted above.
The AGE comparison is the second image near the top of the page, and the ASE is the third.
