Maybe you’re trying to be funny, but the coin was just mistakenly entered as a Morgan (PCGS #7296), rather than a Peace dollar of that date.

Perhaps, but, if so, it's a nice mistake!
There’s no “if so” about it.

Did you hear that from PCGS?
As highly probable as your supposition might be, it would be good to have confirmation if you are going to claim 100%. I might agree with 99.9%

Feel free to contemplate what other explanation there might be, considering that the label bears the PCGS number for a 1921 Morgan Dollar. And while you’re at it, be thinking about whether PCGS would have merely used “Morgan”, as opposed to “George Morgan” (or something similar) to signify such a provenance.

Looks like a labeling error to me.... I suppose someone will pay a premium for that....Not I.... Cheers, RickO
Will do
It’s nice to have fun with collecting
errors happen, people get rushed or whatever and not look at what they are doing and well

How much would an error slab on an error coin fetch? Hrmm....
Easily fixed with a Sharpie.
Don’t love it as a 45 either
11.5$ Southern Dollars, The little “Big Easy” set
Our you can put a decal over the coin and then the beautiful slab is correct.
