Price Guide changes reported incorrectly in My Inventory

Anyone else having this issue? I see that Mercs were adjusted upward nearly across the board -- sounds right -- but my Inventory list displays the old prices with a down arrow. Known issue?

Yes...same here with Morgans.

Same here with the Mercs. Some nice Merc price changes were made. All but 2 of mine went up.

Anybody have any information from PCGS on the update delays?
Nope...I posted the same question on the Registry Forum 2 days ago & no reply yet.

The prices on saints are messed up also.

OK. Thanks.
Due to my schedule, the earliest I can call PCGS is MON afternoon.
If no one else posts anything here from PCGS by then, I will share the information I receive during my call.
Just spoke with a rep at 'Set Registry'.
Actually, e-mailed him a link to this thread during the call in order to effectively communicate the issue.
The screenshots in the OP were extremely helpful.
The rep believes that there is an underlying IT issue, and will notify IT about the problem.
If they didn't know it before, PCGS is now aware of the update issue, and can work to correct it. Resolution TBD.
If the rep shares any additional information with me prior to 'fix', I will post it here.
An update from the rep I spoke with earlier ....
"I just heard back from our IT Department who informed me that their updates on the PCGS system as a whole has changed where they store their pricing data, meaning that the Set Registry requires it’s own update to keep up the pace. They hope to have that update to the Set Registry completed in a few days, but could take longer than that if they find bugs that still need to be sorted out. So overall, they’re aware of the issue and the change is coming, it’s all just a matter of time to make sure it’s implemented in a way that doesn’t inadvertently create more issues."
Imagine beta testing instead of just pushing changes live. Quality IT work at PCGS, my company would just push that out and let the users deal with the fallout
"It's like God, Family, Country, except Sticker, Plastic, Coin."
The company I retired from had SAP (I was the project manager for our conversion, took 12 months, 50 full time employees and 28 full time consultants) and best practice is to have a "sandbox" that has an up to date version of the program and up to date data. In the sandbox you get a chance to test it out and has super users beat on it to see if they surprises. Doing this avoids what PCGS is describing.

I proposed something similar to our IT team and they said, and I quote "That's a waste of time." I am just an administrator but I have dabbled in coding and found bugs in the past, and the cool thing is because of my dabbling, I can explain exactly whats probably causing the bug, and why its occurring. Yet, having somebody like me bang on their new software is a "waste of time" despite the fact I've found stupidly simple ways to do injections on our most important software...

Four months later, and this is still a problem. I had a large number of the Lincoln cents in My Inventory that showed values different than the Price Guide. I found that they can be updated by going to the "details" section for each coin, clicking on "Edit", deleting the old incorrect value, clicking on "Save", and refreshing the screen. It's a tedious process, and not something I want to do for my entire inventory, especially if it's not known if future price changes will be reflected.
@Cocoinut That works like a charm.
