I have been hit with this spam survey multiple times in the last 10 minutes. It seems like the system has been hacked and the survey inserted into the system. Don't know how to report this.
Anyone else?

I've never seen it and I've been here about 7 or 8 times today.

Not a pcgs problem. Malware on my end... correcting title
download the free version of Mawarebytes. The free version does not run in real time but it allows you to manually run it from the desktop icon. I run it once a week. Have tried other malware programs, this is the cat's meow.

I am glad you didn't really delete. If you had this problem, someone else may also and could benefit from the thread. You may want to mark it as "answered" and remove "deleted" from the title, maybe use "solved" instead.
