Just ran across this coin. It's plated but the flip over double struck effect is strong.
It's mentioned in the November/December 2021 issue of Errorscope. Anyone have the issue?

I think that's the first time I've seen a mintmark struck onto the obverse and the reverse of the same coin!

Here’s another one: https://coins.ha.com/itm/errors/1943-d-1c-lincoln-steel-cent-double-struck-flipover-in-collar-unc-details-scratched-improperly-cleaned-ncs-in-god-we/a/366-10850.s?ic4=GalleryView-Thumbnail-071515
Something about the way underlying details on the OP coin cross the bust and wheat stalks without changing at all strikes me as unusual. But I’ll give the benefit of the doubt to those that have seen the coin in person.
I saw that one. The details are harder to visualize in the images:
Calling @FredWeinberg ! Hopefully he saw it and remembers the details of this coin
The harder the planchet the more detail will remain from the first strike. Steel vs. copper
Something definitely looks odd. I think the details from the first strike should be more distorted from the second strike especially when going over the details of the struck coin. FredW would know for sure. Notice on the reverse how Lincoln was basically obliterated and is just a faint outline. Would be a cool error to own. Just wondering if somehow it is not a genuine mint error.

Now that is a cool and interesting error coin. Makes me want to open my OBW of '43 steel cents. Probably not... Cheers, RickO
What a shame that this would be a 're-processed' steelie.......
