Anyone ever have this issue with the Mint???

I was lucky enough to secure a 21 CC and O Morgan back in May. The card i used to secure the preorder had been hacked recently and i was issued a new card with a new number. The mint is now telling me i cant change the number once the order is placed, even though the shipment date is still a few moths out. Anyone deal with anything like this before. Kind of a crappy situation!!

if you figure out how to make them do it, let us all know.
How would you like to have one on order and no payment type listed on the dang mint order and my other order does. Of course it’s the CC Morgan that’s screwy. 😈

I suspect that quite a few of the Morgan and Peace dollar orders will meet the same fate. Most likely they will be offered again in the fall if you’re lucky to try again.
I have already been down this road, and I had a new card issued with same number, just diff expiration date and they wont do it,

Wow.... This long delay between sale and delivery is showing different problems.....the one above, cards expiring, etc.. Not a good way to do business. Cheers, RickO
I've never had it happen to me, but it is their policy.
I once was told they can't do anything while the order was "processing", and to check back.
The mint did say early on that the Morgan’s would not ship until Fall.
My usual credit card had an expiration date for mid-summer.
Therefore, knowing the mint won’t change, correct or update an order, I placed an order in early May with a different credit card (one with an expiration date a couple of years from now).
Once I received my updated credit card with a new expiration date, I switched back for the subsequent issues.
It’s too bad the mint won’t work with customers for issues that can be fixed.
This will likely add to the mess sure to come this Fall. With so many issues about to happen because of such a large gap between the order date and the ship date (date credit cards are actually charged), it will therefore allow for more inventory to be made available (IMO).

I've been tempted to buy high demand issues with a gift card to avoid similar fate.

Yeah, the inability to change payment information when shipping is so far out us almost inexcusable. Just seems like it would solve alot of problems to just add that ability
I heard when they process it you have 24 hours to call and change it. No idea if this is legit.
I am in the same boat as you. Not happy.
So far, I only heard 1 person went through this process for some other coins.
I have an order for Morgan O with the "payment method" blank in the order history.

Count me in on this situation also. My card was hacked today. I'm going to send a letter to the mint to see if anything can be done.
I received the “canned” email response from the mint yesterday that my payment method can’t be fixed. I have sent a letter to mint headquarters and I hope the mint will give us a chance to fix cc issues prior to shipping.
