Newp in our inventory and when we put it up got chills from the J-666 number. Would that 666 stop you from buying?

Isn’t most of America beyond that now?
I respect everyone’s belief. My question is will the items be appropriate for my customer base and their beliefs. Lots of different types of people out there. You just never know but you can get a feel for it. Does not bother me personally but it’s a good question.
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
Watched the news lately?
Would not not buy it just because of the number

It's just a number.
It would cross my mind but, in the end, I'd buy it, if I really needed it and the price was right.
I guess the above could also be said for eternal damnation.
But, I don't think a coin will lead you to suffer eternal hellfire.
Some of our more bizarre board members might actually like it.

Would having 665 (or 1,665 or 2,665 or ...) posts stop you from ever posting again?
@ScarsdaleCoin
I would be more concerned that PCGS says it is a one cent piece ?
I stand corrected

Most, maybe. But I had a very religious customer who wouldn't buy a coin from me because the ebay ID ended in "666".
There is a hidden "666" in the serial number too.
"6". "6". (3+3=) "6"
peacockcoins
And of course the square root of 666 = 25. 80690
And the coin number on the slab is 60890
they are just numbers to me

It IS a pattern copper-nickel cent.
.
since it is a pattern despite pcgs calling it a 1c, it has no legal tender value far as a i know but if it did, it would be 1c.
it isn't a triglyph so we call it what, a monoglyph?

I'll do one better. I'll not only buy it, but I'll also give you $666 to buy it.
I'd buy it.
Can't please everybody now a days - somebody that wants it will buy it if the price is right - not because of a number on the label.
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
There are a lot of coins bought every day because of a number on the label. Why should this one be different?
Years ago, I participated in the NGC registry, and so I needed to have a member number. It was a long string of zeros and then 666. I dropped out!
What if it graded 66 MUAHAHAHAHA.

Look, I'd buy a coin from a dealer who angered the Roman's to the point that he got exiled to Patmos lived in a cave, started eating wild herbs and beetle bugs, then wrote a book about his far out dreams. No Problem
You exercise your rights, I'll exorcise mine
Well if it's a 64 graded 66, good chance someone made a deal with the devil...

I'm already going to hell so yes
No way! I blacklisted J-13 and J-666. Bad MOJO man!

Haha I’ve been to that cave, there is a rock with a worn spot where it is said John rested his head.
Cancel culture has been trying to cancel 666 since the creation of organized religion. The number wouldn't stop me from purchasing however the fact that the coin is neither gold or silver would.
No. I would take it to the 13th floor and enjoy looking at it with my black cat.
Put a sticker over it. Problem solved.
I consider such things nonsense and ignore them... all such things. I would buy the coin if I liked it, label numbers are meaningless. Cheers, RickO
Not really and it might be a healthy thing
All right, you made me look that one up. I learned something today!
Even the Bible has a page 666.
It's just a coin number.

This coin has 666 written all over it.
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
After the making of the movie “ The Exorcist “. Lots of bad things happened to the cast!
After the found King Tuts treasure bad things happened to the crew!
Coincidence?
After Zax of the Ghost Adventures investigated Bobby Mackeys music bar bad thing happened to him he even had to be Exorcised by a Catholic Priest!
I am just saying!
Sounds like some bonus excitement to make up for all the shutdowns

A 666 3-game series would be a pretty good score too.
