Yes, and I actually contacted someone on the registry that recently added a coin I had submitted and ended up selling them some other coins they needed for the set.
Saw a pcgs 1890 ms65 PL morgan for sale once. I had sold it as a pcgs ms64pl and someone maximized that coin. I thought it was properly graded at 64. I've had some great pickups on the other end too though, so you can't complain.
