On blasters, on 3/28 I saw them pop up on Topps site and picked up a few @ $20 each. Next day while browsing Topps site I noticed they went up to $24.99. Glad I got them early. Wonder how much they'll be on store shelves...

I saw a note on Blowout that they were going up and was curious if that was confirmed.
What’s nuts is that you can get hobby at $100. Why buy blasters now?
Conundrum - Loving my unopened baseball card collection....but really like ripping too

I’ve historically done very well with blasters. Not to mention the closest “card shop” is over an hour away and never has hobby boxes/packs.
In the past I’ve pulled TWO 1/1 superfractors from retail as well as a red ink auto.
Last year I pulled a Killebrew stamp card from a blaster and was able to trade it for a 56 Topps Jackie Robinson.
This year I bought 4 blasters. The first one yielded a jersey card of Rafael Devers (my PC team). The 4th blaster was a hot box with 8 purple refractors and also contained a centered Wander Franco RC.

Dan sounds like you need to be buying lottery tickets instead of blasters!

Picked up two blasters this morning from WalMart. It’s my first Heritage of the year. From a set building standpoint I’m off to a terrible start. Tons of dupes between the two boxes. Two SPs per box. One comic in each box. But, I can’t complain with three Wanders including a green chrome.
I have opened a grand total of four hobby boxes. That's it. What are the odds? Sorry for the bad pic, but you get the idea.
Collector of 1976 Topps baseball for some stupid reason. Collector of Pittsburgh Pirates cards for a slightly less stupid reason. My Pirates Collection
Took 4 hobby boxes and 6 blasters - how bad is my luck? - to get a base Wander rookie, but finally! And then next blaster made my weekend -- pulled a Franco SP Throwback VAR! Now my WF set looks much better.

Have you seen what those sell for? Forget your Wander Franco collection and sell that now. lol
I did see one on Ebay for some crazy $ figure (5100), but I've never sold a card in my life yet. Thinking maybe should send for that $150 grading to PSA just to see how it shakes out... but would also be my first ever submission. Learned a lot lurking here over last year, spent plenty of money on things, but still not that "level" now, if ever.

For the most part, heritage collectors wont pay extra for it being graded, and non heritage collectors are going to wonder why it's so expensive at all, so grading that card is likely not going to matter. Sold results show 2 raw sales for $7,000 and $7,600.

Wow! I think I saw this in the Heritage Facebook group too. You must be on there.
Still poking away at this set. I picked up a mega box at walmart. It had both of these.

Hobby nets 216 cards while 4 blasters nets 288 cards, so a 72 card difference for about same price, no?
I ripped 4 hobby boxes and wasn't all that impressed - no Wander card either! Figure try some blasters to fill in all the missing cards.

Those odds are really long, very cool.
Btw, Target has blasters up for $24.99. But free shipping over $30 and if you have the red card (Target CC) you get 5% off.

Nope not me. First I heard of it.
Anybody got any interesting Red Sox cards to trade from this year’s Heritage? My trade pile keeps growing. Let me know….
Edit to add: might also be interested in certain non-Sox relics or rookie parallels.
