…that they’re fantastic.
Let’s face it, it seems like the most ridiculous films with the most absurd premises were made during the decade that started in 1980.
My first entry was filmed in the 1980s and released in 1990. I like to think it as the last film of the 1980s.
The premise is that young Monroe Clark, an aspiring lawyer from Minnesota, interns at his smarmy uncle’s law firm in California and along the way finds love, morality and…beach volleyball? I won’t spoil it for you but let’s just say the 80s faces are abundant…
…a delightfully ridiculous and cheesy film.

A young Sean Penn in prison.
I won’t spoil it for you
what's the name of the movie??
Thank you!!!
Just like to know people pay attention.
The name of the C. Thomas Howell and Peter Horton vehicle/career ender is Side Out.
One really fun part is that besides these two jabronies they cast all stars of the AVP for the film.
Randy Stolklos has a major role as Rolo Vincent and his long time volleyball partner in real life, Sinjin Smith, plays his volleyball partner in the film and are the main antagonists.
Besides inner demons. 😂

I had the biggest crush on this young lady after watching the iconic Uncle Buck ( Classic )
Love her snarky attitude.

"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
I might be an exception here, but I can't watch anything with John Candy, Chevy Chase or Adam Sandler. talk about douche bags that know nothing about acting and little about comedy, those three head the list.

Revenge of the nerds.......i'm surprised they even let that movie play anymore after killing Pepe le Pew....
Inner space was really bad. Worst movie of all time was “Animal” with Rob Sneider. My wife rented it from blockbuster and after the movie I divorced her.

eta: avengers end game too.
"Airplane" was pretty funny, especially seeing Leslie Nielson and Lloyd Bridges in comedy roles. Lloyd Bridges uttered that classic line "Sure picked a bad week to quit doing amphetamines!!"
Bad Boys is a GREAT movie. Gritty and intense.
Look Who’s Talking! 1989
Does anyone remember this "classic"? No way it gets made today. https://youtu.be/z2zMrjBLwn8
