2021 P Tuskegee quarter, thoughts on doubling of hand?

Found this in my change, it’s probably mechanical doubling but what’s the consensus here.

    Since no one has given a response as to what this may be, I’ve taken to the microscope for further examination. Here are a couple more images that might help. I know it’s not doubled, but I have an idea as to what it is.

    @ricko Thanks. I could be wrong, but I think it is a die chip or break of the angled edge where the hand meets the field above.

  • Looks like a die break IMO... Never seen something like that on a newer quarter..
