My thoughts are counterfeit.
Both coins have a dot below the E in CENT on the reverse. Is not on the only reverse die used(or at least found at this point). The second coin has both N's on the reverse with bent top portion of the right side of the N. I do not feel this to be of a typical reverse die used in the 1877 IHC. It appears both(at least from these photos) have the Broken D Hub and neither reverse have a die clash above the O in ONE. I agree with @Batman23...Counterfeit. Hope someone more educated on this series of coins checks in.

2nd one is for sure fake
and I believe 1st is also, but would need to see in hand to be 100%

Curious what the weights are.
I didn't like the rim denticles on either coin- very inconsistent and not like what I've seen on any Indian cent.
