This 1912-D Lincoln Cent Needs a Grade, (Recent upgrade)

I only have a very few of these coming. Here is the most recent one.
It didn't have a TPG (slab grade).
Its a circulated coin.
I got this to upgrade a 12-D I have which wouldn't make a decent G4.
I'm happy with the coin for the purpose I purchased it for.
And for the record I paid $42.00 for it.
So, what grade would you give this coin?
First pictures of it were taken outside (slightly overcast) but natural lighting, these might be called "In Hand Color".
Its laying on a coin flip holder, not inside it!
Thanks To All who chime in on these threads!
Now here is what I'll call detail pictures, the harsh digital light from the microscope gives a false sense of the color and surface, but it does give pretty good details of wear, dents, dings, scratches etc..

XF40 based on the first two photos. It looks like a solid example of the grade. An excellent album coin.
It's another highly detailed pre-1916 branch mint beauty. 40 at the very least, and IMHOP worth every Cent you paid.

Looks XF40 to my eyes also.

35 or 40 Nice example!
I'll go VF 20 on this one.
My impression is 35... A nice cent for 109 years old. Cheers, RickO
