2021 D quarter is this doubling on the date?

I'm not sure if this is doubling on the 1 in 2021 and the Y in Liberty
or something else

I'm no expert but I'd say a die issue (possibly from wear)

The pics are not good enough to say anything about the Y
As for the 1
Notice how jagged the “line” is down through the 1.
A doubled die wouldn’t show a crooked line.
It would look like the 1.
Also, for this to be doubled in any type, there would be either some thickening of or separation on the date for a true doubled die, or for the mechanical doubling some offset shelf of metal down at the base of the numerals in the date
I believe in; E Pluribus and Quarter on reverse there’s doubling!

Partial grease fill on the 1 would be my dumb guess.
