PCGS Oversize Holder

What is the PCGS coin size in millimeters that requires an oversize holder and $20 fee?
Where is this information published? I have not seen it anywhere.
NGC will holder coins up to and including 45 mm before going to oversize, how about PCGS?

I could not find anything about the size either.

Your best bet would be to call PCGS and ask them.
There is also a chance your avatar will draw a moderators attention and they may be able to answer your question.

I could not find anything about obtaining oversize slabs either. I called asking about COA oversized slabs and they sent me a special link for it,

Called PCGS today on an unrelated matter. Spoke with a rep named Ricardo.

He said:
~ Standard: up to 45mm;
~ Oversized: >45mm, up to 80mm;
~ Jumbo: >80mm, a special request item.
