    I LOVE Saturday dark side
    1790's. D&H-38A WARWICKSHIRE COVENTRY PENNY E PLAIN NGC MS 63 BN
    St. Michael's church/interior, by T. Wyon
    A lot of detail to fit in a Penny Token. And, while rated RRR it has one of the largest cud’s I've seen. Maybe giving an indication why they didn't make very many...to much detail and fairly high relief for the die.

    The story behind the dosh below is that it was the last British coins and currency in my pocket when I rotated back to the states after a four year tour at RAF Greenham Common...

    2009 Cook Islands "Moon coin" celebrating the 50th anniversary of Luna III and the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The small inclusion is a tiny piece of a moon rock.
