Post this question on the ancients and world coin message board .

I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

I have one of those. I have no idea how it came into my possession. I don't figure it's worth anything. Who knows?

Switzerland 5 Rappen. Copper nickel composition (same as a US nickel). Appears to be a common date.

As others have said, the World coin board would be the appropriate forum

Switzerland 5 Rappen, KM-26 (Y-23), 1909-B, mintage 2 million, Fine condition, cleaned. Little or no wholesale value.

The design of that coin has remained unchanged for well over 100 years.

Now tell us about Project1909. That was the last year of the Indian Cent and first of the Lincoln Cent. Any connection? Obtain as many different 1909 World coins as possible?

Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.
