very cool, no doubt. 1990 pro set along with a ton of other sets from topps & donruss are filled with unique wrong backs. it most likely won't help you retire, but there are player, error and print defect collectors out there willing to pay a small premium for them.
here's a few:

I have a card where I think 1990 Pro Set Jim McMahon is front and 1990-91 Hoops Byron Scott is on the back
were pro set and hoops owned by the same company? i think i have a topps baseball with a topps football back, but even if pro set and hoops are the same company, that's more along the lines of really unique, right?
That's cool never heard of that one.
From the Lambert/Ditka auction...
This is a great shot to get 100 of this scarce error card
That's pretty funny.
Currently collecting.....your guess is as good as mine.
I have about 9 different players out of that set that has wrong backs. But until today, I had never heard of another card like it.
I once got a Greg Maddux jersey card out of a football card pack.
Crazy, you think it would be worth more.
While the cards are certainly conversation starters, Pro Set allowed SO MANY wrong backs and other errors into the hobby that the market is beyond saturated. As has been mentioned above, some specific player collectors might have passing interest, but that doesn't really translate into high monetary value.
^ re: Pro Set 90+91 , yep height of the "error card" fad. Don't care for error cards myself.
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
This is funny.
There is absolutely no chance that only one copy of this wrongback exists. 1990 Pro Set series 1 cards can be found in a variety of wrongback combinations. Literally every card from the set including the SP inserts (Tagliabue, Dickerson, etc) can be found in various combinations of players. Tons of uncut printer's waste was removed from the printing facilities back then.
Here is one of them:

Here is Harris/Mora combination:

In fact, a ton of these have entered the market in the last ten years as thousands of scrap uncut sheets have been cut up and listed on ebay and other auction sites once the nostalgia boom for Pro Set got going in the mid 2000s. These wrongback, missing color and blank front printer's scrap cards have even been recently repackaged and sold as "pro set treasure hunt" boxes.
Like junkwaxgems says, these are common even if they are interesting to find. At this moment, there are 102 different active listings on ebay for just 1990 Pro Set wrong backs, let alone ones from other sets.
I heard some of the workers would do this on purpose, print like 10+ sheets out & back door them..
Would not shock me at all.
I absolutely believe this. Especially when sellers like Card Sharks would be advertising 10-up sheets of Montana/Bo or Andre Ware/Bo Jackson combos in hobby mags until 1992.
