Hi Savitale - Real American Treasure is a project with the primary purpose of growing the collector base for coins -

The Book outlines, defines, and educates folks on what treasure is and what to do and not to do with it - the first half of the book is geared towards "Raw" or ungraded coins by walking the reader through a series of stories and quests extolling the virtues of third party grading and auctioning as the most effective way to authenticate, preserve, protect and maximize the value of your raw treasure. Then the book goes on to outline, define, and educate on what we call a Treasures within a Treasures - which is a Numismatic treasure coin that is already encapsulated and/or graded by our industries top third party graders - which we provide lots of research and details showing the added value of these treasure coins and how even the type of holder can positively affect the value - we showcase White label Rattlers Gen 1.0 and 1.1 as well as The Original Black 1.0 and white Label 2.1 and 2.0 coins. As experts in these early holders we hope to inspire existing collectors to consider adding these treasures within treasures to their collections - especially treasure coins in a First Generation Holders like Rattlers or Fatties.

The TV show part of the project is creating a fun format reality show in the ilk of Curse of Oak Island, Antiques Road Show, Pawn Stars, Chasing Cars, American Pickers etc... with a competition bend to it that calls on America to Join the Hunt by bringing us their Treasures to go through the process - all while telling their story. We will be competing the public against the experts with lots of industry characters interacting with the public and Real American Treasure keeping track of the values to crown each season's champion. This is where we need your help to come up with real coins and the stories that go along with them to come forward in support of the project. The more stories, the more treasure, the better the chances for the TV show to be picked up by a Network - we already have our sizzle reel and pitch deck ready for industry suitors.

We are and will be taking consignments of raw coins at the ANA show, as well, to run them through the whole process and turn them into money for the consignors - We will film each step of the way to possibly be included in the TV show or as a featurette on our website and social media channels. Sounds a bit like Storage Wars where experts value the stuff the various teams discover, and the show kind of makes a competition out of it. It’s entertaining. I hope you’re successful.
