I am guessing so as I do not believe I have ever seen a pcgs banded GSA CC Morgan like ATS does

I figured that was the only way I’ll clue you in on a brain tangent. I was looking at my shipwreck $20 with the original packaging but no numbered certificate. That tells me not original box just one dealer had laying around when I asked for one. Got me thinking how so many people don’t care about original packaging. I want it, it’s part of the history. Then I thought about a shop I worked at and how the boss cracked out all the GSA dollars because they took up too much room hauling to shows. I just don’t get it. Look what people pay for original commemorative packaging from early 1900’s that should have been a clue even if you didn’t give a 💩 about them. Then I started thinking PCGS cracked out their share of CC’s at submitters request of course. Then I was wondering about riding horses on the moon.
I have mine in the original holders..... Never sent for grading. Had a couple I purchased from a forum member, still in original shipping wrapping. This was years ago, around 1999/2000. I did unwrap them, but still in the GSA holder. Bought them for my CC series. Cheers, RickO

Yes, at least that is the way mine got labeled as GSA.
I sent the GSA slabs and specifically asked them to crack out and put GSA on the label.
