So we can tell anything from blurry pics? Looks like a few carbon spots and ANACS "Cleaned" - Forget about it! That's just an opinion, if you like it then get it.

A problem coin will always be a problem coin. Money spent is money gone.... and what you purchased may not even recoup your initial cost if offered for resale.... Best to wait.. either for a problem free coin in your price range, or for your financial resources to improve. Cheers, RickO
Others have pretty much summed up my thoughts on this coin... I can only add that cleaned IHCs don't seem to retone all that well for some reason... and getting rid of carbon spots on copper isn't the easiest thing to do either.

Ya gotta start somewhere - living and learning - where else can you get a $20 lesson learned in college?
You learn by making mistakes, but when you go into it knowing it's the wrong thing to do, that's something different. You'd be paying $20 for a lesson you've already been taught here for free.

Why not spend a little more for a nice problem free example?
TBD
I've seen worse. But why start with a problem? You can get a no problem AU for not much more money.
don't buy coins in a "details" holder.

Remember someone stating - "Buy the coin NOT the holder"
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
You can probably pick up a 63RB problem free coin for under $100.
But then you went from 20$ to 100$ - alot of people can't do that now a days.....
And that word "Probably" always scared me -

A problem coin will always be a problem coin, it is cheap for a reason.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
So save up until you can afford $100 coin. A cleaned common date IHC has very little upside. Why not buy a problem free VF for under $20?

If you're cracking it out for a spot in an album, for $20 bucks, I say 'go for it'.
Keeping it in the holder, then I agree with the other comments.
"“Those who sacrifice liberty for security/safety deserve neither.“(Benjamin Franklin)
"I only golf on days that end in 'Y'" (DE59)
Which is why I suggested an AU for about the same money.
PASS! It's just a cleaned common date Indian cent that makes someone else's problem your problem.
