Interesting junk ring

Found this ring last night a little different than most. Relatively old a corner broke when cleaning it up has a couple small stones on the corners. Also found a live 380 acp round

Any idea of age?
Hard to say.... Mostly costume jewelry. They were popular back in the 50's, '60's. Cheers, RickO
