I’m not sure it would grade. From the photos it looks like there are vertical scratches on the portrait, a heavy rim hit and then scratches in the lower right field of the reverse.

From the photos I can’t tell if there is wear on the high points, but either way the hit on the cheek is distracting and I’d expect would garner a details grade.

If it did grade with the above mentioned issues, I would guess 62FB.
for $4, probably a good buy with a strong possibility of fb. images are just fuzzy enough to have concerns like keyman states.
Looks to be a details coin from these photos.

If it's slabable it would be no better than a 62. I'd be inclined to call it a 61.
Looks like a details grade...hit on face and rim, scratches in field..... FB though.... Cheers, RickO
