1909P No VDB DDO??

The #1 and the 9's are showing some splitting on date, also eye lid, lips and Bow tie showing some doubling..
I saw a 1909p that kinda resembled this one..
Forgot where I saw it...

    Really don't see anything except a normal 1909 cent
