I did an outing with a friend and they found a gold ring!

Through Twitter an acquaintance of mine found out that I enjoyed metal detecting and asked if she could join me. We ended up going to a local park in my expectations were pretty low. But after about 20 minutes she had found a gold ring! Her first gold ever after nearly 7 years of detecting.

    Nice find... Gold is always a special find. If you have any 'lover's lane' spots in parks, check the area around the lane and benches.... lost love often results in tossed rings....Cheers, RickO

    Very nice ring!
    Comfort-fit wedding band, looks high Quality, larger size and well-worn.

    He was probably devastated losing it.
