This is one of my favorite Walkers yet in my almost complete MS Walker short set. How did I do? GTG

Softly struck but I like softly struck S mint walkers. Looks like an MS-63. But an awesome MS-63. Reverse looks nicer. Very clean unblemished walker for the grade.

    Very likeable coin indeed.

Bottom of obverse looks like planchet was struck from what appears to be rusted die in that area but does not detract.

On the other hand, I find it charming.

Nice Walker. Looks pretty clean of marks. Typical weak strike. I'll go 64+

Clean coin. Weak strike is typical. I’ll say 65.

nice coin... tough call. I am thinking 65 and 65+ would not surprise.

I prefer better struck examples but that one has a ton of luster.

probably about as good a strike as you are likely to see for the issue. Looks really clean except for a reed mark between solar rays. I'll venture MS65

I like it. My guess is MS65.

You have good head detail and the hint of the branch in Liberty's hand. The right field looks very clean as well. Not sure about the noise near the sun's vertical ray. Shame your reverse photo is out of focus, as it is not possible to see how the eagle's feathers are struck up. Photos suggest excellent luster.
    65.

    65 easy.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

Great luster, clean fields, typical San Fran strike - MS65 (maybe even a 65+)

For any other date, a bad strike

    For a 41S, nice strike

I believe that there are other dates, for which that would be a nice strike.

Agreed, the '42S & 43S come to mind.

    Pretty!

It is clear I blew the grade as I was not thinking about the usual soft strike for the 41-S.

Upon a second look I would easily agree with Ms-64 or even MS-64+ CAC but having a little trouble going to MS-65 CAC. Photos can be hard on our eyes to evaluate. the grade.

Regardless of grade it is a likeable coin.
